You get up to 100 results per tab, and you can export any tab to CSV. Use a 3-letter product code (for example DQA) to list every clearance in a device category.

Counts are as reported by openFDA. Shortages are grouped by product, maker and status, and each entry shows how many package NDCs it covers. Watchlists and daily alerts are coming to founding members first.
